Phoney Puzzle XIVIn Cryptography teasers, a phrase or expressions has been encoded in some way (frequently by replacing letters with other letters). You need to figure out the encoding method and then decode the message to find the answer.
This is a little twist on the standard cryptograms. Instead of each letter being replaced by another letter, each letter in all of the words has been replaced with a digit corresponding to the letter on a standard telephone dial.
