Capital PunishmentSituation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.
A man goes to court. He is convicted of murder. The court gives him the opportunity to decide the way he would like to die. They lock him up in a cell (no windows, doors etc.) with a dog. He will be killed the same way he decides to kill the dog. He kills the dog in such a way that he gets to go free. How did he kill the dog?
