A woman rang the police to report that a man had broken into her house. As the man broke in, she screamed in shock and told the police the horrific details. "Quick please come! Oh no! He is cutting their skin, sucking their brains out with a straw, and what's he doing now? He is cutting through the skin! Oh no! He must be severing veins! Quick! Please come and stop him!" The police rapidly drove to the house with sirens blazing. When the police got there, they calmed the woman down and said that they would catch the man who did this. They also stated that the most this man was going to get was community service. How can this be after what the man has done?
