Each of four people (Cadence, Drew, Giovanni, Yasmin) built a birdhouse. Each person used a different kind of wood (Boxwood, Cherrywood, Mahogany, Ebony), each birdhouse was made specifically for a different type of bird (Condor, Oriole, Titmouse, Vulture), and they all built their houses at different times of the day (10:00AM, 1:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 10:00 PM). Using these 10 clues, can you find which person used what kind of wood, what kind of bird they made it for, and what time they made it?

The one who built it for the condor arrived earlier than the one who built it for the oriole.

The one who built the house for the condor is not Drew.

Either the one who built the vulture's house or the one who built the condor's birdhouse is Drew.

The person whose house is made of mahogany made it for the titmouse.

The one who built the house for the oriole made it earlier than Cadence.

The person whose house is made of ebony did not built the condor's house.

The person who made a house at 1:30pm made it of cherrywood.

The person whose house is made of cherrywood didn't make it for the vulture.

The one who built a house for the oriole is not Yasmin.

Of Cadence and the one who built a house for the condor, one built at 10:00pm and the other built at 10:00am.
