Programmatic Phrase II
Find the common phrase that is represented by the following computer program code. Some amount of computer programming knowledge will help, as certain programming conventions are used. However, it may be solved without, as it is written in a very high-level (i.e., human-like) language.
For Each Thing
If itsPercentQuality = 100
Then itsPrice = 0
Hint"Birth" and "Death" are used for the beginning and ending of the program. So, everything therein could be called "Life."
Answer"The best things in life are free."
Everything between "Birth" and "Death" is "Life." Within "Life," the program is scanning the quality of each "Thing." If the quality is 100%, then it is one of "the best things in life," and its price is set to 0, or "free."
