A man (let's call him Dave) was driving another man (let's call him Joe) to a ceremony. Now, the cops on this road were very strict about wearing seatbelts. The police pulled the car over and asked if the men were wearing their seatbelts. Dave was. Then, the cop went to the back of the car to see if anyone else was unbuckled back there. Joe had no seatbelt on! The cop opened the door and looked inside at Joe. The cop became embarrassed. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" He apologized to Dave and set him on his way.
