Answer
A Confessional or Confessional Box.
It has three stalls or rooms with the middle for the priest. Each stall or room usually has a door. There are only two small windows giving the priest limited view of the other two stalls. Only the priest has a seat or chair as the penitents must kneel. Hundreds of people use it.
Hint: Sorry suggests a confession.
