Freeway Carnage
Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.
A motor vehicle crashes on the freeway while travelling at high speed with three people on board. Police later report that the three people were all found dead in the vehicle, but only two were actually killed by the accident. They also confirm that nothing suspicious or illegal had occurred.
How could this be?

| I thought it was a funeral car, with the dead body (as nothing illegal was happening), a driver and a passenger (can't explain the passenger...). They were driving fast because they were late for the funeral! Although I really can't explain why they were on the freeway...
