Great. With the archaic wrought for good measure.
I'm sorry, but this was poorly thought out. They're all also verbs, and that's what I got.
Granted, they are all verbs, and perhaps there should have been a note or something stating that this commonality isn't the one we are looking for (which could have been cleverly carried out), that doesn't make it "poorly thought out" I think it was rather good!
...And WAY TO GO for a first!!!!!!
Thanks. I am SURE that I have read this teaser in some book.
It was okay! Try better next time.
Did not like the "wrought" one - threw me way off. I doubt I have ever used it as a past tense of work

One of my favourites, good job!!!!
isn't the past tense of work, 'worked'?
guess not:
Main Entry: 2wrought
Function: adjective
Etymology: Middle English, from past participle of worken to work
Date: 14th century

Well done!
Clever and well done! Keep up the good work krishnan!
Excellent
There's nothing wrong with this puzzle. The word "wrought" is still a correct past tense of "work", though rare.

I had know idea that wrought was the past tense of work. I learned something new from this teaser, and had fun!
Alternative, each of them can have "er" added at the end to form a new word.
