George Harrison's revival of the Jazz number goes '' "You've got me in between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea." I like the song but I'm not so sure about the word "Caught" in this puzzle.
I've heard it as "caught between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea", but it would never occur to me that "tribunal" was "caught". I was thinking it was something like "trial between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea", but I had never heard a form like that.
yea court was quite a stretch,
but great (warped) creativity

Yeah, I had a similar thought about caught. Otherwise, quite goodly.
That may have been good if it werent for thw wholw caught/cort issue. That kinda ruined it for me. sorry.
I dunno i quite liked the whole Tribunal/court thing. Very clever - makes a change for me to get one of Ix's "clever" ones - not that they're not all clever of course
. The word HOOKED might have worked better than TRIBUNAL. Unless the tribunal is in Boston where court and caught really do sound alike!
