They Lived?
Science brain teasers require understanding of the physical or biological world and the laws that govern it.
I was told that someone inhaled vaporous dihydrogen monoxide and yet they lived. How could this be?
Answer
Dihydrogen monoxide is water. The person was just inhaling water vapor like everyone does every day.
Water's chemical formula is H2O. It contains two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, hence "dihydrogen monoxide".
