Thirty men with ladies, two,
Standing around with nothing to do,
Dressed in formal, black and white,
Yet when they move it begins a fight.

| I don't play chess either, but I know enough about it to have guessed correctly. However I thought the chess pieces came in all different colors. That almost threw me. My son's set was in royal costumes. What gives?

| Babe - a standard chess set the pieces are white and black. However there are many specially boards you can buy. My one nephew has loved chess since he was about 4 years old and must have at least 10 boards, some have the standard puces, one has pieces that are at least 12' inches high, one has mythical creatures instead of the standard ones. |
