When Moe Became Missing
Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.
Moe was loved by all relatives. Whenever Moe was in trouble, people would always help. However, one day, Moe became missing. Everyone who knew Moe was very happy. Moe was happy too. Nobody looked for Moe, and everything was fine. The change was taken as a positive change. Why was everyone happy that Moe became missing?
HintNote the absence of the word "he" or "his".

| Missing for a last name is a stretch.
The teaser would still work in context if you made the last name something different, because in the riddle, her maiden name is still going missing. |

| It's cute - but why the phrase that whenever Moe was in trouble ppl would help? And why would she still be referred to Moe after she's married? Hence, the wording of the teaser is not so accurate. |

| i thought the use of "became" was a dead give away. you "go" missing or you "become" someone else.
i admit my answer was "she changed her name", but near enough... |

| I have Moe down as a pet chameleon who'd been struggling with his chameleonic talent. Partial credit? |
