| 100? That is a lot. How could they do that? Isn`t that imposible? I mean 100 birds could not fit in a tree. Could they? |

Mar 23, 2005
| Good but easy. By the way, medabratt376, on an old John Wayne movie "Hatari" they did just that to capture a huge tree full of birds-they shot a net over the entire tree and then went in and caught each bird one by one by one... |

| You can't just shoot them with a camera... you need a wide-angle lens. |

| DevilKid, stormtrooper, and everyone else who wonders how 100 birds could fit on a tree: i've seen some HUGE trees out there, you don't know how big this tree could be, so shut up...
anyway, the grenade would work, but you don't really "shoot" a grenade, you throw it...
anyway, great teaser!! |

| with 100 birds in a tree, i doubt they would all be showing, kinda hard to get them all with a camera then... |

| I was thinking more along the lines of what medabratt376 said. Just use a net.
Also, if there were 100 birds, it would have to be a HUMONGOUS tree to show all of them at the same time (which is needed for a camera shot). |

| Up around here there are big enough trees that lost their leaves around migratory times, so it is plausible. But the word "shot" gave it away. Why not just - how could you capture them all at once???
Good one, tho.

| 2EZ If you have never seen 100 birds in one tree you need more life history in California, either along the coast or up in the foothills. |

| Easy indeed but a little bit fun too. Who cares whether a tree can hold 100 birds - since when do these teasers have to be literal?
Sometimes it's good to just get an answer quickly and feel a little superior. |

| i had this one before i opened it up to read it full only thy forgot there is a backside to a tree that can block the pic. you would have to cut the branches off the back of the tree to get them all in one shot |

| I, too, remembered "Hatari," and the net shot over the tree. Then I noticed that it was a "trick" teaser; and went over it again, and realized one could take a "shot" with a camera, so I got it. Fun and fairly easy. Thanks! |

| If you go to austin tx during the grackle migration there are so many birds that often its hard to you see the tree and you DON'T walked under them of you value ... well ..anything! Nice easy teaser and fun comments. |

| 100 birds can easily sit in a tree. Did any one not see Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds?" However it was a pretty lame teaser. |

| My husband likes to take pictures of birds - so the answer came immediately to me. Also, I had a large tree in my fairly large back yard up in Illinois, and a hundred (at least) little birds would swoop down on the tree, sit there and tweet (sing) at 4 0 AM - I loved the music, even though I was still half-asleep! - Good teaser even though it was easy. |
