The STUPID BRAINGLE OF THE YEAR WINNER.
When I first read the answer I thought it was funny but stupid, but that's only because I didn't get it at first (too early for me). Good Teaser, keep em coming!
crocodiles dont actually eat humans, just scare humans away from thier territory or young, so i wouldnt mind if a croc attacked me.
Got it, LOL
SWEET!!
My sister & I have enjoyed this type of teaser since childhood. Thanks for the memories.
Nice and easy! (as long as you remember your rules about simple grammar...)
In order for your answer to apply there has to be a comma after the word ATTACT.
ATTACK
I was going to say neither, lol.. I wouldnt want to be attcked AT ALL, lol!! Thanks!!
DUH!
I never was able to tell a croc from a gator, but I loved this one!
lol i didn't get it a first. i got confused. good teaser.
the difference between and alligator and a crocodile is that a crocodile has a longer snout than an alligator. and when it closes its mouth, you can see a crocodile's teeth. you can't on an alligator.

But, now I do. Good teaser!
loved it!!!! nice one
gambiteero-You are wrong. Crocs are like all large predators in their eating habits and humans are fair game.
It didn't take long - I got it! Made me laugh! Sure it's silly but I love examples of how our English language can fool you! Have a sunshiny day, friends!
AROB. Maybe the crocodile could eat some of these old wornout repeats. A to my special(and I mean special) friends.
I got it on my first read, but I love these types of tricks, and make special caution to avoid these grammar pitfalls in my own writing. The day we learned about misplaced modifiers in school, our teacher had a lot of fun examples similar to this.
thanks
I dug out a third meaning. It's a matter of what word is missing in the original sentence.
Meaning 1, original sentence: Would you rather a crocodile attack you or an alligator ATTACK YOU?
Meaning 2, answer given: Would you rather a crocodile attack you or ATTACK an alligator?
Meaning 3, my answer: Would you rather a crocodile attack you or have an alligator? (as in own an alligator)

Hi Doehead, I was pretty sure you'd comment "AROB"! But you haven't lost your sense of humor! THAT is what makes YOU special!!
Hi Gayle & Doehead, this teaser is just too funny....still.
