More ways to get Braingle...

Hard

In Cryptography teasers, a phrase or expressions has been encoded in some way (frequently by replacing letters with other letters). You need to figure out the encoding method and then decode the message to find the answer.

This is a cryptogram with a twist. Each letter of the following phrases has been replaced by a letter of the alphabet and a number, except for the vowels. Each vowel is exactly what it is. Now the first one is the most difficult, but don't give up because the second one is pretty simple. Look for repeating combinations. TRY it.

1. 6t2ye 4to5y6t 1yi2t2ti1ru3y6t
2. A 1t3yo4r1y

I thought this one was great! I had all the letters broke into three groups (BCDFGHJ) (KLMNPQR) (STVWXYZ) and it threw me off completely. I can't believe you gave away the answer in the question! ARGH! I give it full smiley and full difficulty.

Great Puzzle!

There are no words in the english language with out a vowel, in words such as try, the letter Y is the vowel.

To Spice 2:
If you leave of the vowels and group the alphabet in threes, then number each group then it would be easy to solve. For Example: 1t would + b. Try is capitalized and if you look at the begining of the teaser, the first one is given away. I didn't get it before I ooked at the answer and if you don't get what I said, well, lets just say I'm not the best teacher.

1. bcd=try
2. fgh=try
3. jkl=try
4. mnp=try
5. qrs=try
6. tvw=try
7. xyz=try

Ok. So, you give the first one away by mentioning it in the question. Never mind, we weren't supposed to know that. Great teaser.

P.S. Y is a vowel.
