Chains For All
Riddles are little poems or phrases that pose a question that needs answering. Riddles frequently rhyme, but this is not a requirement.
The rich and poor have me, but with chains it's true
I can be involved in a purchase for you
If only you hold my value and work
within my bounds with control you don't shirk.
I leave you now with a couple more thoughts,
of lessons, since in the beginning I've taught,
I am the omnipotent medicine for sure
a sky dweller's skill mine in happy furores
HintOn occasions my height is questioned but this
Is usually when line four's, message is missed
Well you will do, to enjoy my chains
For life is all about this sort of vein
If you are skilled and solve me before
you look at the answer then something's for sure
The following puzzle I am part of, and you
give life to its meaning if it's one that you knew

Answer
Did you get it, or have you just given in?
Just wanted the answer in this poetic din
But wait! you might solve, if you're patient and think
and into this riddle you let your mind sink
But don't waste too much on working it out
For the answer below I am going to shout
There's still a chance you can not be 'just close'
Just give a little more TIME! as the dose... Dang - too late.
The answer is TIME.
Explanation:
BODY:
The rich and poor have me, but with chains it's true - everyone has the same amount of time in a day to use and the chains are the limit of time we all have
I can be involved in a purchase for you
If only you hold my value and work
within my bounds with control you don't shirk. - sometimes it can be said that you can 'buy more time' but only if you manage and control your time well
I leave you now with a couple more thoughts,
of lessons, since in the beginning I've taught, - often lessons of life can be called 'timeless' or 'age-old' therefore 'since the beginning'
I am the omnipotent medicine for sure - from the expression 'time heals all wounds'
A sky dweller's skill mine in happy furores - a sky dweller's skill is simply flying and happy furores are when you are having fun.. time flies when you're having fun
HINT:
On occasions my height is questioned but this
Is usually when line four's, message is missed - From the expression 'time is short' therefore height is 'short' but often when time maybe hasn't been managed that well, hence ref to line four.
Well you will do, to enjoy my chains
For life is all about this sort of vein - this is the 'nice message' part of the riddle about enjoying life. Kind of from the saying "Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of." - Benjamin Franklin
If you are skilled and solve me before
you look at the answer then something's for sure
The following puzzle I am part of, and you
give life to its meaning if this riddle you knew
5:3righteous0pm - that's how to get an OUT rebus into a teaser ;) ... the answer of course is 'just' 'in' 'time'. righteous = just and it's in a 'time' and this verse is saying that if you solved it before looking at the answer you solved it just in time. Also 'time' is a part of the puzzle.

| Fair enough... but I would have thought a supersmart person like yourself would have had no problems with it ;) . I'll put in a correction to hopefully make it simpler. |
