Nice riddle, liked it even though the science is slightly off.

Jet streams don't travel pole to pole. There are polar and sub-tropical jet streams that travel in the same direction as the earth's rotation (west to east) But a jet stream would not travel from the north pole to the south pole. The air flow that causes the jet streams flow from the equator to the poles. got this from a neat google search.

Thanks for the positive comments and the science lesson Vikingboy! Guess the first line should be something like "Always traveling around the pole" .. editors feel free to correct the science .. this is a brainy site! I figured I was on thin ice with that .. actually very think ice (pole) ..
