| Now that is what I call a creative teaser! I really enjoyed trying to figure them all out. Got almost all of them but got stuck on #5-Toyota (and I drive a Camry!) and #12 Chrysler. I figured out the cry portion but not the slurr. Oh well, 10 out of 12 isn't too, bad. I really like your play on words and would love to see more of these! The are fun! Good job!

| I missed #5--thought of all the Star Wars cast, except Yoda! And I have all the first 3 films and 2 of the prequels !
Number 6 threw me. I wasn't thinking about the fact you said MAKE of car, not model. I thought of NOMAD, an old Chevy station wagon from the 50s.
And for number 9, which is DODGE, I was thinking of a Ford Escape. DUH!! LOL
Oh well. I got most of them. Gimme more!!!

| Great teaser! I also guessed "Explorer", but knew it had to be wrong because it was a make, not a model. Making the same mistake twice, I guessed "Element" for "heavy metal". And, instead of getting the very clever "Toy Yoda", I kept thinking "Han Doll", aka "Honda"
(By the way, if anyone else really likes car related teasers, Car Talk (NPR) has a great puzzler section.) |

| I loved these--but I had NOMAD for #6, and ION (thought of Iron) instead of Mercury. I thought the Star Wars one was JETTA (from Jedi), but toy Yoda was very cute! Chrysler was an easy one. I get confused when thinking of MAKES and MODELS of cars--even after the onslaught of commercials! Thanks for the fun! |

| HAHA! loved it! that was the best teaser i've seen in a VERY long time. it wasn't too easy, but wasn't too hard. it's really hard to find that fine line, either it's way easy and i get it right away, or it's beyond me and i don't even try. i can't wait for number 2!
i got like the first 4, but didn't work hard enough for the rest. loved the toyota one, i kept trying to figure that one out, i actually thought it might be toyota from the toy part but i didn't figure the rest out. awesome teaser, keep em coming! |

And on #4 I could only come up with Chevrolet. That's because mine always made me weep convulsively.

| I agree with some others that some of the answers were more than a bit of a stretch. However, some of the proposed answers were no better in that regard also being a bit out there.
While cars themselves do not interest me and my knowledge of cars is limited to 1) This pedal makes it go 2) this pedal makes it stop, and (3) The round thing in front of me aims it . .. I know NOTHING about cars at all. You throw a 34d pedal in the mix and I'd have to take a bus; I still enjoyed trying to figure out the models at which the clues pointed. |
