Language brain teasers are those that involve the English language. You need to think about and manipulate words and letters.
In a sylasearch I give you a syllable-starter, which is the first syllable in the words you are to find. I will also give you a listing of the other syllables that you must use to figure out the 7 words.

| Hey there! Nice teazer, although you should have worded it such that each syllable from your list could only be used once. Otherwise, pronate and profession should also be on the answer list (and see the second comment also). But, nonetheless, as very enjoyable teazer - keep up the good work |

| tHIS WOULD HAVE BEEN much more fun and challenging if you had stated in the directions that you can only use each additional syllable once! I was making words all over the place, and then when I saw the answer, at first I thought you just didn't find all these other words, then I realized you only used the syllables once. It's a good teaser, with the full instructions a very, very good teaser. I'm starting to think that many people just read the teaser then read the answer w/o trying to solve it themselves. Hey, that's fine, I'm just kinda suprised, that's all... Thanks for the teaser!  |

| I have to agree with those before me: I didn't know I was only supposed to use each syllable in the syllable list once. I was like, "PROMOTION! PROTECTION! Dude, I'm the MAN!!!"
But then after reading the answer and some of the comments, I realized I was wrong... so wrong... I ran to my therapist and jumped on the couch like Tom Cruise... and she promptly had me committed. Now see, if the instructions had been clearer, none of this would have happened, and I would have been happily onboard my space rocket towards Eroticon 6. I'm coming, Eccentrica... |

I like most others didn't know u couldn't re-use...i got promotion and protection instead of promoter and protector...lol i got the first two and one of the 3-syllable ones right though! Anyways good job (and i really mean it...it was creative!) |

| Anyone here heard of "contructive criticism"? Its fine to not like a teaser and say so (how else will we know what people do and don't enjoy), just be clear on why and how it could be improved. Saying something "sucks" is useless, stating your concerns is helpful.
Anyway, I liked it, nice work, good balance of easy ones in the beginning and hard ones later. |

| Fun, but I didn't know you couldn't use the same syllables twice (I got basically the same words though, just different forms of them.) Serves me right for counting all of the syllables required without remembering to factor in that the "pro" is already used in order to see if the syllables CAN only be used once! Brain cramp! |

| That was enjoyable! What a nice way to stretch my brain to prepare for the new year. It was fun shuffling my answers around until I successfully used all syllables! It was even more fun to discover that my words were the same as the ones in the answer. Yippee!!
Also: I didn't notice anything unclear about the instructions, but then again I have done one of these sylly teasers before. |

| I too am humbled in the presence of the great Jaycr. I mean, I got all the answers without too much difficulty, however I actually had to read the teaser before I did so. To be able to come up with the right seven words without even reading the question skyrockets you into a realm of awesomeness none of us mere mortals will ever experience.
Good teaser even if a bit easy. |
