Brain Teasers
10 Types
The wise man Baeques the Geek once said "There are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand and talk to computers, and those who can't."
Yet, those are but two types... or is it not? or is it? How is this possible?

Wow! I didn't even think of using binary code! Great teaser!
Hehe cool. I never thought of that.
ROTLF! I'm wearing a T'shirt right now that says "There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those that don't. FUNNY! and good job
Saddly enough, thats where i got the idea from. I love that shirt

but the person who said do you say "ten" when verbalizing is correct.
10 in binary would be pronounced "two". So if the Geek *said* it to another person it makes no sense. If it was written out it would make sense.
Am I right??

Looks like a few tail feathers got singed with this one, but it's just a teaser, and a good one at that.
Very neat teaser! I haven't thought in binary for a while so it took a while to figure it out!

There are three types of people in the world;
Those that can count, and those that can't.
Those that can count, and those that can't.
The only reason that I know that is because I have a friend who 1) Has that shirt. 2) Has to tell everyone what it means. And 3)Because he is the biggest nerd I've known and probably ever will know.
I should have known this one I'm a computer geek, as my brother tells me.
ah, box clever that
I got it straight away.
I guess that proves that I'm a computer geek.
