| Nice teaser, but ale and beer are not synonyms. Ale is a type of beer, so lager is beer but it is not ale. And I have never heard of nehi soft drink either in Australia. |

| Nehi was a very good choice for this teaser, because it is not one of the popular brands. We have Nehi in Ct. and I had it in Az., so I don't think it is a regional brand. Great teaser, Sarge. We need some more from you. My best to you. |

| This was fun. I didn't know #1 either, till I looked at the answer. I've heard of Nehi and I think we have it here in Iowa, but I probably couldn't think of it because I don't buy it. I think my parents used to get Nehi Organge Soda. I'll be checking the shelves next time a go to the store! |

| Nehi used to be a very widely known brand name and quite large. In fact it was a national brand name drink. But, was later bought out by a larger company. So, it was a decent brand name to use for the older generations. Fantastic teaser! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep them coming! |

| I can't believe this! A year ago, I thought there was an error in the teaser, a factual error. Now, I happen to be a SGTAMMO TOTAL FAN, I think he's like, the greatest guy in the world, and I told him what I thought. This year I looked it up and saw that I was correct about it. It's not just a simple matter though to change teaser, so I'm not sure if anything will be edited.
But, my POINT is: all you SMARTY-PANTS out there, saying "well, beer isn't the same as ale isn't the same as lager" and "it was tooooo EASY" and all that smarty-pants kinda talk, not ONE SINGLE ONE of you noticed this small factual error. Mind you, I'm not saying anything about sgt because I think its a great, fun teaser, and the glitch doesn't change that. I'm just amazed that with all the daily "oh, so easy", and nitpicking, that not any of the geniuses that comment here saw this thing, which you would have had to read and "think" about, although I "think" that's what wasn't happening, LOL! Just wanted to RUB IT IN a little, and inflate my little ego for a bit, while I have the chance!

The answer to your last item would be Cocoa-Cola.
Coca is not made from cacao but is actually a plant whose leaves are used to make cocaine.
Interestingly, the soft drink Coke has the name that it has because its original formula introduced in the late 19th century actually did contain cocaine.
Other than that, great teaser! And for the record I got Nehi though I've never seen it--I have heard of it many times. |
