brainster Mar 18, 2006	I had to look up 'Umami', cos that's the first time I heard of it! For those of you equally unaware, 'Umami' refers to a savoury taste like that of monosodium glutamate. Also supposed to be a complete feeling of taste, associated with a spiritual feeling!
