Odd 1 Out

These brain teasers rely on your ability to recognize groups of common attributes. For each of these puzzles you'll need to figure out why the words or letters are grouped as they are. Sometimes you will be asked to pick the odd-one-out or to place a new word into the correct group.

Group 1: 3,5,7,11,13, 15, 17

Group 2: 4,6,8,9,10,12,14

What is the "odd" one out in Group 1 that should be in Group 2?

Hint

Prime and composite numbers

Prime numbers- the only factors that make the number is only by 1 and itself. ex. 5*1=5

Composite- When two factors make the number besides 1 and itself
ex. 10
5*2=10
10*1=10
...and so forth

No you couldn't put 9 in Group 1 because Group 1 is a group of Prime Numbers, not odd numbers.
