xdbtcp Jun 06, 2006	thought he had already watched the first pitch, so those were strikes 2 & 3 (thus he couldn't get out on the next pitch as he was already out.....)

stm8r1 Jun 07, 2006	I thought Ned was the catcher and had not caught the first two pitches and watched them go by. Or he could be the umpire. Either way he can't get "out" on the next pitch because he's not batting.

Funkeymonkey Jun 20, 2006	the riddle was sort of confusing. my friend and i both couldn't figure it out. the wording implied that Ned was at bat. it said, "...get out..." when it should say, "...get AN out..". i suggest revising it for future readers. just a suggestion. other than that one part it was cool!
