I started thinking "watch tower" or "watchman", so thinking "Was there a fire? Is he smoking in a no smoking area and a watchman (cop) came along?"

| I was thinking that it was almost midnight just before International No-Smoking Day (there is a day, not sure exactly what it's called though), and then he looked at his watch and noticed that it's midnight. |
