Riddles are little poems or phrases that pose a question that needs answering. Riddles frequently rhyme, but this is not a requirement.Riddle
Not easily pictured am I.
Elusive like the breath of a sigh.
24 square faces in multiple dimensions and spaces.
8 cubes of ice for a drink that's quite nice.
32 edges; not silly green hedges.

Hint
"A Wrinkle in Time"Answer
A Tesseract. The tesseract is to the cube as the cube is to the square. It is four dimensional, as a cube is in three dimensions.
A tesseract is bounded by eight hyperplanes (xi = ±1). Each pair of non-parallel hyperplanes intersects to form 24 square faces in a tesseract. Three cubes and three squares intersect at each edge. There are four cubes, six squares, and four edges meeting at every vertex. All in all, it consists of 8 cubes, 24 squares, 32 edges, and 16 vertices.

that was very hard, but it was a good one learned something new thanks!
ow. too much thinking durning summer vacation.
This was a terrifically stated teaser, for the answer. I can admire your math skills, but it is apparent to anyone who has taken enough math. I did enjoy your teaser. The title is good, too.
I liked it! Nice job. It was kinda tricky... I had to read it through a few times and use the hint to get it, lol.
i agree with josty i didn't get it either
HA! I fooled you all my math skills suck
A Tesseract?
You're a nerd.
You're a nerd.
I've never heard of a tesseract, and in the real physical world there is only three dimensions.
very hard.

the hint gave me the answer. lol.
i had no idea what it was until i read the hint.

Awesome! I guess being a reading crazed person pays off. I got it when I read the hint hehe. Excellent teaser!
Nothing personal, but I don't like the teasers that require abstract and obscure knowledge where you have either heard of it or you haven't.
I only got this because of the hint. If you've ever read the book, you're bound to get this one right.
