Great teaser! Too hard for me, but great none the less!
fun teaser. I got it cuz 1.60934 (after I rounded to 1.6) and 5,280.
I enjoy different measurements, so I enjoyed figuring this one out! Marvelous teaser! Keep them coming!
wow cool teaser I toght it was dun and easy
wow.. i was typing them into my phone trying to make words.. lol.. naturally i did not get it. nice work
Since I have a degree in math science, this was extremely easy. But it is a good quiz for most people.
Nice teaser, I got it as soon as Is saw the 5,280.
I got it with the 5280...great teaser!
I looked at it quickly this morning before I left for work. I saw a lot of digits 0, 1, 6, and 9 and tried to equate them to upside down letters or leetspeak.
Later I looked again, and missed the 5,280, but 1,760 jumped out at me and I knew.
Who wants to try it with an acre? The non-metric system of measures is certainly much better for puzzles.

well I didn't get it but it was worth trying. Good one by the way what is leetspeak?
i got it : P it was hard at first but when i saw 5,280 it rang a bell so i remembered 5,280 feet was the same as a mile and i looked up all the other ones and got it right (:
Like some of the others, the 5,280 gave it away for me. Very clever.
I didn't like it. Sorry!
As a Canadian young enough to have been born after the conversion to metric, I have very little concept of imperial measurements and had no idea how many feet were in a mile.
I assumed it was a measurement or some sort when I noticed the pattern in the metric numbers and like someone above, rounded the first one to 1.6 and got it from there.

A Groupy Math Teaser!
That was a long way to go for a teaser.
I'm with the group who said 5280 gave it to me. Thanks for posting. I liked this one!
I knew the 5280 is a mile, figured out the inches and yards but lost me on the metrics.
Got it nice teaser thanks for posting
nice, easy
Well written, clever, fun teaser, thanks; ez 4 moi, but it may be a bit of a strain for some of the juniors!
I'm no junior, but this one threw me. I did not make the 5280 connection. Great teaser. I upped the difficulty rating a smidge.
