| This is easy. If you ask someone "do you mind if I take a coke" ... if they say yes this means No,you can't take a coke. and vice versa |

| Saying yes to 'do you mind if I take a coke' does not mean no. It means, 'yes, I mind if you take a coke' which has the same effect as 'no you can't take a coke' but doesn't answer no to the original question. You can probably guess, I don't care for this one much. |

| saying yes i mind, meaning no you can't take the drink. the way the question is stated its saying that "yes i mind" means "no i don't mind" the wording needs to be changed if you are reasoning it with yes i mind, meaning no you can't take the drink.  |
