Hint
Think about using scissors and thread.Answer
- By using thread, cut the thread using scissors and follow the line of the object and then measure it.- Second using scissors, measure the max blade of the scissors by ruler. And then cut the object using one cut (without moving your hand twice when you cut). And then measure it by ruler.

the second part doesn't makes sense to me. What is the "max blade of the scissors"?
It can't by 2-d. Everything in the "real world" has three dimensions. Even an atom
well i think what he means is like, it doesn't like obviously stick out. I think that max blade of the sisscors means the longer blade.
This would assume the object has a smaller circumstance (sic) than the length of the scissor blade which we are not told. To Cath, a 2D object can be represented by drawing it. It is an abstract object represented by lines/points etc on a plane. A line is a 1 dimesional object - it has no width, only length so when you measure the length of a line you can measure the circumference of the object contained within the curve.
