Below are eight sets of six letters each. These eight sets of letters contain the same fifteen letters among them. These letters are A, A, C, E, E, H, M, N, N, O, O, R, U, W, Y. Your job is to figure out the order of these fifteen letters. In any given set, the letters are in order as they will appear when you are done. For example, in the first set, ONEAEO, O comes before N, N comes before E, E comes before A, A comes before the second E, and the second E comes before the second O.

Once you have the order of the fifteen letters, reverse them to make a common phrase.

O-N-E-A-E-O
A-E-O-N-A-C
W-R-H-Y-A-C
W-N-E-R-E-U
M-A-H-U-A-C
E-M-R-A-E-A
W-O-H-U-O-N
R-E-H-O-Y-N

It took me a bit of time to figure out, but it was good. You should make more of them. tonjawithaj May 30, 2008 I don't get it at all! Can someone please explain? ThinksForFun Apr 15, 2016 To make it easier, using a word processor, I first rearranged the letters by reversing them as follows: O-E-A-E-N-O C-A N-O-E-A C-A-Y-H-R-W U-E-R-E-N-W C-A-U-H-A-M A-E-A-R-M-E N-O-U-H-O-W N-Y-O-H-E-R Then I pasted the string of 15 letters: A, A, C, E, E, H, M, N, N, O, O, R, U, W, Y and started rearranging them while referring to the letter sequences above. Soon enough, the phrase emerged. Good teaser. Very original!
