Big Molecule
Science brain teasers require understanding of the physical or biological world and the laws that govern it.
John looked at a freeway and saw a giant molecule on the car with his naked eye, and at a distance of ten yards. How?
Answer
Polymers in the paint of the car can actually bond the molecules of the paint together to form a giant molecule on the car's surface!

| okay, the paint has polymers, or chain like molecules that are stretchy and sticky, and each individule molecule attaches to these polymers to form bigger molecules, and these bigger molecules keep attaching to each other until all the paint is just one molecule. |

| the same is true of a bowling ball. it's a cross-linked polymer. So, the molecular wt of a bowling ball is like 16#. |
