Each of the words in the following cryptograms is missing a letter, indicated by "_". These missing letters form two quotes, along with the person who said each quote. There are at least two letter options for each word, so you will have to determine the appropriate missing letters to solve the cryptograms (eg, "BO_N" could be "BOON" or "BORN", the missing letter being either "O" or "R"). "/" separates the individual words of the quote, "+" separates the individual letters of each word in the quote, "~" separates the person from the quote.

Quote 1:
CO_L / _AIL + PAC_ + MO_E + _AST + BA_K / O_EN + R_IN + _INE / B_RD / CA_E + D_RE + FO_D / T_RE / _ONE + L_ME + COR_ + _ICK' + MAS_ / KIL_ + T_ME + _ISS + VAS_. ~ T_IN + H_ND + B_OW + _UST / SI_E + BO_T + _AIN + _VEN + JEE_ + _LIP

Quote 2:
R_FT / _OUL + LUS_ + HUL_ + S_AY + _OVE / AW_Y + _VER + KIL_ + T_RN + _ATE + S_AP. ~ WI_E + _NTO + R_IN + CA_E + BAL_ + F_RM + NO_E / _AZE + ARI_ + FA_T + H_RT + _AKE + WAR_ + C_AP + L_RE + _AVE
