The wheel began operation at 10 in the morning and shut down 30 minutes later. What's the maximum number of people that could have taken a ride on the wheel in that time period?

awesomelizard Nov 15, 2011	there are 2 ways you could read the question. I thought it meant that one car's rotation is a minute long, not that one car stops, and a minute later the next one stops. so my answer was 360 people.
