If nobody was wearing white, blue or green, what was the color of the outfit of the target?
Answer
Black.
The letters in the instruction are in black as one can plainly see. The only other possible color you see in the note is white (background), but nobody was wearing white.
While the words "pink" "red" "gray" and "tan" could be found or read in the note, one could not really see any of the said colors in the note.

| I see one potential flaw in this Brain teaser. Not everyone rights in black pen, the not could have been a ransom note, written in every color.
Also I got the answer was Black and didn't even think to look for color names in the note, you should have lead to that better. |
