Language brain teasers are those that involve the English language. You need to think about and manipulate words and letters.
Take the given words, and by moving a single letter from one word to the other, make a pair of synonyms, or near synonyms. For example, given: Boast - Hip, move the 's' from 'Boast' to 'Hip' creating two synonyms: Boat - Ship.

| Face/Front are actually synonyms in two completely different senses
"face" is the "front" of something, like a clock or a head; also, they both refer to a pretence. http://thesaurus.com/browse/front
For Die/Crash, they are near synonyms (as the instructions say they can be), they can both refer to a broken computer. |
