Language brain teasers are those that involve the English language. You need to think about and manipulate words and letters.
When you behead a word, you remove the first letter and still have a valid word. You will be given clues for the two words, longer word first.
Example: Begin -> Sour, acidic
Answer: The words are Start and Tart.

| TRICKY!!! it is surprising how much harder these are iwhtout the letter given like you have for many opf the other teasers like this. sooo very good. i got 3/4 of them.. Turban seems so obvious now that i see it.. very cleveer as always!   |

| This teaser was perfect! Didn't need any hints, but I did have to think 2 seconds about 2or 3 of them, the rest coming immediately. The clues were spot on! Thank you for this teaser!! |
