| Good Puzzle. The key to solve is to look for some key words and make educated guesses. the single W by itself could be "I" or "A". (in this case it was "I"). Then the small words begiining with I are either It, Is or In. So WL becomes IS. This gives you to SS in sucess. You will also see the letters BCF throughout so it must be a common three letter word (THE). as you replace all the W's with I the B's, C's, anf F's wwith T H E you will start to see a pattern and it becomes easier to fill in |

| It says in the hint that the code letter is V and the actual is I, but really, the code letter is W and the actual is I.
Should be revised. |

| No that is correct because in the guys name which is Vince it begins with V and in the cypher the first letter of his name is I so in the hint the first letter isd the actual letter the second one is the cypher letter.
