The Three Identical Persons
Logic puzzles require you to think. You will have to be logical in your reasoning.
A policeman was chasing a criminal and suddenly the criminal dashed into a particular house. The policeman followed suit and found out that there were three identical persons watching a particular program on the television. At first, the policeman was confused but after asking each person a simple question separately, he was able to detect the culprit. What question did he ask each person?

| Good, but could not the person either know what the normal programming was and then just give the same answer, or not be the first one to give the answer, thus know it from the others, or just say, 'not sure, I was in the other room'? Also, would not it be easier to check each person's pulse, as the one he was chasing would have a higher pulse from running? |

| The normal program maybe altered sometime. it might be a short musical interlude. or the culprit may try to control his pulse rate. But the policeman met them watching the television at that time. so, he used the present position to figure out . |

| Good but the other two brothers could have said they had only just sat down to watch the TV and so the police would not be able to prove which one was the criminal. |

| Well my guess was that he asked each person what the beginning of the program was about. Close enough...
2 would have given the same answer and 1 would not have known or would have a different answer. |

| umm, oftentimes I forget the last program as soon as the new one starts. didn't know I could be arrested for that. |

| LOL I love the critical thinking here. Good job everyone! But try to just use the clues given. Don't invent clues because you'll drive yourself nuts and you'll find 1,000 different ways to slove this. I do like the pulse answer though but stick with the teaser. He wasn't checking pulses, he was asking questions. Nice teaser! I got it right! |
