Soccer Bet
Trick brain teasers appear difficult at first, but they have a trick that makes them really easy.
An egoistic soccer player sees a whole adult soccer team practicing in a soccer field. Wanting to show off, he bets the team $1,000 that he can take them all on by himself and win a game without anyone assisting him. Why is that a good bet for him to make?
Hint"a game" is different than "that game".

Answer
He plays a game against them and loses of course. He has "(taken) them all on by himself". Then he opens his laptop and wins a game of FreeCell. He has now "taken them all on by himself and (won) a game"...and $1,000.

| He could play one on one against each of them (he didn't say against all of them at the same time). I'm sure he'd be able to beat at least one of them. No guarantees he can win at Free Cell. |

| Could be interpreted the way you said, playing them one at a time. Hadn't thought of that, so two answers.
It's possible to win every Freecell game, at least the ones that comes with Windows. And if he has trouble winning Freecell, it didn't say he had to win the first game. |

| Sweet teaser i didn't get it. My guess was that he'd play goalie, and simply that hwas so good he didn;t have to try to hard to stop any ball from passing him, but i guess that wouldn't be very tricky now would it. |
