Desert Footprints (Or Lack Thereof)
Situation
Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.Situation
A man is walking barefoot on desert sands, but when he looks back at the sand he's just walked on, he sees no footprints. He's walking perfectly normally, he's not walking backwards, it's the middle of the day with lovely weather, there's nothing wrong with his vision, and it's a completely ordinary sandy desert.
So, why can he see no footprints?
