I've got 't' in my middle meaning I've got tea in my middle, and it comes through the spout, ie. bend!

Did I say on the comment that I have birth certificates as proof? the both list exactly the same mother and father. It is not posted anywhere but is soooooo simple.

By the way, good teaaser and a note to shop and paig, it's not 'a' T but t, tea the drink. A spout on a tea pot is slightly bent, the drink is poured through it. WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!

hmm, I guessed Teatime where you drink tea at the end...but the bend part didn't line up well with that, figured maybe it was a figure of speech (teatime's just around the bend?)
good though

That was a very simple one - when you have a word for the answer that is a letter used within the puzzle, it is almost a gimme.

THis one is not a classic, it is an antique. I think it was originally thought up by George Washington's great grandmother.

I must have heard this one somewhere before because I got it before I was through reading the whole teaser. Very cute, and clever.

i thought it was tangent. in trigonomity when you bisect a triangle with the corners and the sides it forms a t.

If I hadn't read it wrong, I would have figured it out!
I (in my mind) put an "a" before each "T." Then I was lost! But, I see it now.
Good one! Thanks!

Very nice and you had to think about how many ways you could use the key letter "T" At first I was thinking a word that began and ended with "T" and then realized it was not necessarily to be a letter. Good one!

I thought it was a t-shirt, I think that may have worked-regardless, I enjoyed & appreciate it! Thanks!

May 26, 2012

My first thought was T-shirt. Begins and ends with "T" - T in the middle = Tummy - which pokes through the "bend" of the shirt (at the bottom as the tummy protrudes) - Far fetched-but that's the way I got my answer!
Nice teaser!

It's just one of those riddles that really only works if you say it aloud. Written down it's either misleading or gives itself away.

May 26, 2012

8 sec. T thru " bend " = teapot..

I didn't get it but it was a very good one. Thanks Kiwi
