A babysitter came over one day to babysit 10 children. She decided to give them a snack. In a jar there were 10 cookies. She wants to give each one a cookie, but still keep one in the jar. How will she do it?

(WITHOUT BREAKING ANY COOKIES, EACH CHILD HAS TO GET A WHOLE COOKIE!)

Errr, again, this is the type of puzzle where te "solution" is a play on the assumptions. It is assumed that each child will get a cookie (and eat it) and that their should be one left in jar as well. The solution states the last child gets the jar and the cookie. Soo, the first 9 children get cookies they can eat but the last child gets a cookie she could never touch becusa then there would not be 1 final cookie in the jar. ERRR!!!!! Funny solution though

Again, this is a play on the assumptions

yah, i agree... i'm not a big fan of those types of solutions. one could also answer that she had an extra cookie in her pocket and allocated that to the 10th child.
