UnkidnappedSituation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.
A man reported his daughter kidnapped, though he knew his daughter was safe. He did not do this to affect or influence his daughter or her mother. The police responded quickly and investigated the kidnapping. The police were not pleased to find the girl had not been kidnapped. Why did he report her kidnapped?
