On a sunny April afternoon in 2007, a twenty-two year old tour guide eating chapathi led a group of tourists up a few wooden stairs.
"Although this building looks ancient, it is only a replica. In fact, it was built very recently in the year 1928," said the tour guide.
"Recent?" scoffed a young teenager. "Do you seriously consider 1928 recent?"
The tour guide frowned. "Of course! 1928 was only two years ago!"

How is this possible?

Hint

He was eating what?

I am not sure I understand the answer to this Teaser. Even if two differently comprised calenders were used, how does either calender change time? The year 1928 cannot be as recent as two days in 2007 b/c of a dish, but mathematics in the mind of ticians can do almost anything using math formulas. Better than what I can do, good teaser.

Time is time and its manipulation doesn't actually change time in the true sense of what IS or what time it IS.

I am not manipulating time. The two men are just using to different calendars.

Am I right about this: 1930 is 2007 on the Indian calendar?

Hmmmm. Very hard teaser. But cool, though.
