Answer

United we stand, divided we fall

PART A. - When someone becomes a Sir, they have been 'knighted' therefore in Step 2.) as indicated by the *'s it is 'You, knighted' or United.

PART B. - "You and I" = We. What has happened in the two steps. "We" was on a seat and is now? "We" is now standing, therefore with the steps it is saying 'We stand'

PART C. - This is motion based and what does '/' stand for in the 'we'? The '/' is a division symbol therefore it is 'We divided' and it in each step it is close to the ground therefore it is falling, therefore it is "Divided we fall"

Haha... thanks... and thanks for trying to be creative in your comment. I think there should be a 'talk in rebus' day where in every written communcation we have to communicate something in rebus form. That's just my cent cent worth.

Wow, that's a big call, thanks Danielzerman . I'll try to make more but things are very very busy for me at the moment - a job, a business, a wife and three kids. Hopefully the job will soon be gone though .
