As two spies pass, they speak in numbers. Can you figure out what they said and what it is related to?

Spy 1: "4 4283 827733 843 54637."

Spy 2: "9428 343 968 4327?"

Spy 1: "93 4283 2336 7768833."

Spy 2: "8436 93 6878 53283 7666."

The numbers correspond to standard telephone. (i.e. 1=A, B, or C)

Spy 1: "I have tapped the lines."

Spy 2: "What did you hear?"

Spy 1: "We have been spotted."

Spy 2: "Then we must leave soon."
