| In reality, an inanimate object cannot die, so it threw me off. I was actually thinking of living plant or animal.
I don't know why, but I was thinking of a daffodil. Call me silly, but it kind of made since to me since the act of blowing the bulb on the daffodil "kills" its beauty.
I liked it though. You got me on this one. Good Job!

| TOO EASY!!!! I knew it from the title that it had something to do with a candle. To all saying that a candle can't die but the flame does, the flame is the the heart of the candle. If there was no flame it would just be a piece of wax with some string (wick) going through it. When you light the candle it becomes when you blow is out it dies. Think About It!!! This was a good teaser but still very easy. Keep them coming. |

| wouldnt cigarette work as well? although i guess if you are inhaling its not really your breath, but given that not blowing out a candle will likely do more damage that extinguishing it...wow, i think too much. |

| Williams 5, my first thought was cigarette, also. In fact, I said it aloud - "Oh, it's a cigarette." When I saw that it was a candle, I realized that I got the dying inside-out. It is by a cigarette's "breath" that I would die. (If I ever smoked, which I haven't.) |

| Good and easy! I dont ever spend time on trying to figure any teaser out, and this time I didnt even have to. I said flame, not candle..which I think the correct answer would be flame. Its the flame you are blowing out. You can blow on a candle all day, its gonna stay there..LOL. Ok im done, that was a fun one. I liked it |

| Took a couple of read-throughs, but on the third time, I went slow on each line, and when I got to the "dying by your breath" part, I instinctively went through the motion of blowing out a candle, and then it hit me. I went over the other clues, saw that they fit, and clicked on "Show Answer" with confidence! |

There is absolutely no need to attack people on this site. This is a family friendly site and you need to be more constructive in your criticisms. There will be teasers, from time to time, that you don't get....does that mean you are dense???? | Did not take long to figure out. I don't think a match works because it does not get old. You blow it out quickly before it burns your fingers, but good effort for getting close. |
