Parents: Marion, Thomas, Andrew, Emily, Christina
Surnames: Williams, Drew, Matthew, Edwards, Thompson
Number of Children: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Children: Suzanne, Louanne, Peter, Stephanie, Walter

3. Christina's daughter was not the oldest, but was older than at least one other child. The youngest child was not surnamed Matthew.

4. The oldest child was upset because she was expected to help the parents watch the younger children. Luckily, her friend Louanne was there to keep her company.

5. Andrew (who was either surnamed Thompson or Williams) brought either Suzanne or the child who was five years old.

6. Stephanie, an only child, and her father carpooled with the Thompson family in their van. Mr. Thompson needed to drive a van because he had five children.
