| I don't know if it matters but I found it because the last letter before -phobia was not a voul... however the reasoning in the answer is not very good because Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia is the fear of long words, and as I am sure you can guess that is a loooonnnnnnnnngggggggg word!!! |

First time through, the only one I could see as real was the last one; since I know what onomatopoeia is, I could understand the related phobia. It was the second time through that I noticed aibohphobia was itself a palindrome & so voila! the answer. Way funny!
